1st generation Carnegie Apatosaurus (black version):

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-1988-The-Carnegie-Safari-LTD-16-Apatosaurus-Dinosaur-Toy-Figure/293424484352
Is there a soft rubber BLACK variant (see scuff marks) on underside of feet), as opposed to the soft rubber BEIGE one ( of version one) listed on your blog ?

EmperorDinobot

And it's...gone. I would have liked having that.

As far as I'm aware (and I could very well be wrong), the evolution of the first gen Carnegie Apatosaurus went like this:

1. Original soft rubber version made of beige rubber and gray paint on the back. (There was an eBay auction for one that I missed out on last month, though it ended up selling for around $50).
2. "Catalog version" of the same sculpt. Made of hard black PVC. Painted yellow on the head, legs, and underside. Painted black on the back (slightly lighter black than the plastic substrate). (There's one of these sitting on Amazon right now for $70 but it's in pretty scuffed up shape).
3. Revised catalog version - same hard black PVC, but with beige feet/belly and no yellow or beige on the head. (This is the one in the eBay sale I posted above).
4. Blended dark green variant, with a few different shades of dark green in place of the black on the back. This evolved into the dark green striped version which is Generation 2. (I've seen this in people's collections but never for sale as long as I've been looking!).

I count all these as first generation because it's the same mold and the same basic color scheme, just slight variants in paint shade and plastic type.

So, to finally answer your question, I don't think a rubbery black version exists. But I could be wrong. The black substrate you see through the scuff marks was always extremely hard plastic, and was used for almost all of the 1989-1990 figures, with the possible exception of Australopithecus and Pteranodon.

There's the earlier yellow headed catalog version on Amazon at the moment, if you need it. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00SVBA0F0

The completed listings for that one seem to have sold for less, however.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no
