So ... the famous "ice skating" Gorgosaurus gets a makeover, eh?  Very beautiful sculpt, with all the grace of the original!

I'm trying to dream up a kickstarted campaign that would allow me to afford larger scale prints and molds for some of my models.  I'm still mulling over what the levels of donation/gifts should be.  Shapeways credits?  Hand drawn pictures?

Most people get snagged on actually getting the rewards produced and delivered.  I don't want to be in that situation but I want to have people satisfied for their money.

  Any ideas?

D
I totally would be on board with that :D Also, is the fuzzy Gorgo part of the Saurozoic Collection?

One of David's first sculptures was " Judith " here..I think she came out about the same time as the Einiosaurus " Buffalo Bull " .  This new feathered version..I don't think David has plans just yet to make her part of any collection...but I'm hoping !
Yeah, I've seen Judith on the forum and around the 'net :) It's out of production and rare now, right?

So this was just a study to see what it'd look like with fuzz?

Blade-of-the-Moon

Yes I believe so. Dan lists it as discontinued and he carries all of David's products now I believe.

It would be cool if David decides to re-release her..would make great before and after pieces on a shelf.

Simply beautifull! You are one of my favourite zbrush dinosaur artist

Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus

If one wanted to get a Krentz dino, where would be the cheapest place to, and where could I go/who could I contact to get it painted?

Do you want a model kit, statue, or Shapeways print?

You can get his Shapeways prints for a cheap price, but they are a very tiny scale. So be sure you're okay with that before you order them:

If you're after something bigger, try Dan's Dinosaurs for kits :)

Takama

New Saurozoic Thirzinosaurus in the works.

Possible Pose, though Mr. Krentz is not sold on it

CityRaptor

Looks good.
Second pose somehow makes me think "Killer Chicken". Probably also a reason to run away...really, really fast!
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus

Love the Therizinosaurus. How big is it?

Blade-of-the-Moon

I do like the experimental pose. Probably too small for me though if it's not at least 1/40 .

Simon

Version #1  Therizinosaurus - a homerun!

Version #2 (Experimental) - Just say NO.  Please.  Really.

I'm assuming this is a joke, after all the second pose is like a billion times better and more realistic then the static pose.
