I have the Polacanthus, Postosuchus, Stegosaurus, Utahraptor/Leaellynasaura, Ankylosaurus, Iguanodon, and Liopleurodon in unopened packages.  All have mint packaging except for 2.....the Polacanthus and Utahraptor/Leaellynasaura which have some creases and dents to the cardbacks and bubble due to some really careless packing by the seller I bought them from.  I would still like to get a mint on card Torosaurus and Ophthalmosaurus someday.  I've had several chances to get the Toro over the years but passed.  I've never seen a carded Ophthalmosaurus though.  Does anyone on here have an unopened one they could post some photos of?....

I did have an unopened Oppy in near mint condition, but I have since taken him out of the box. I knew it was breaking some sort of "Collectors' Code" but I figured as I never intend to sell him on (that goes for any part of my collection), there is no need to keep him boxed for investment purposes or anything. I just kinda felt guilty seeing him all isolated and felt I was missing out on not being able to actually handle the model and see him from all angles etc etc. I did take some photos though before I took him out of the packaging. I also took off the packaging very carefully and have kept it, more for my own satisfaction than anyone else's.

While I'm on topic I may as well show off my WWD Liopleurodon. Got him on Ebay and he's in a bit of a beaten up state and his mouth has been chewed up a bit and he's lost a tiny bit of lower jaw, but I paid just over £6 including P&P. So an excellent bargain in my opinion. These are currently the only two WWD figures I have, but I'm always looking out for more to get eventually. I've had plenty of chances to get the Torosaurus, Polacanthus and Leaellynasaura but I have to prioritize.

Who could ever resist opening these figures? I couldn't. ;)

Mint Collectors probably can.

Bokisaurus, what series is that bottlecap Mosasaurus from?

It's a Kaiyodo Retro Classic Mosasaur.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

I just went rummaging through the attic for my old dino toys I collected as a kid and found, to my surprise, a WWD Utahraptor!  ;D I never knew I had it. Even sweeter is that a few days ago I was outbid on Ebay for one and it was really cheap, this more than makes up for it and it's in really good condition too. I'm so happy! Can't believe I've been living with her right above my head all this time.

EDIT: And I just found the Leaellynasaurua that goes with it too!  ^-^

EDIT: And I typoed! Must have been the excitement of it all.

Cheers. I'm still on a bit of a high. Should really sleep though I suppose. Just need to wait for the arrival of the 5 WWD guys I won on Ebay the other day and I'll have almost the whole set.

I've selling 9 of the set on eBay over August with 5 listed currently. They all start at £5 and are in varying conditions. Click on the seller for more info.

I have the Polacanthus, Ankylosaurus, and (although it's not an official Toyway model) a Tropeognathus

I consider it to a WWD figure (unofficially) because the similarities with the WWD Ornitho are undeniable.

I've noticed something odd about my Anky model- the yellow coloured parts on this model are very pale on mine. On other figures that I've seen, it's much more vibrant. Could this be due to fading? The model doesn't seem to be faded on anywhere else, just the yellow parts:

I'm planning to get the Postosuchus, Liopleurodon, and possibly the Allosaurus in future.

Congrats TQ!  I have yet to see one.  :)

BTW, Thanks Lio for replying to my question!  :)

Good luck with the search for your models it seems this dinosaur model range outlived Toyway.

Funny how every Oppy I've seen has the same paint damage on the dorsal fin. Even mine which was mint in the box. (Looks to me like when they were boxed they were scraped up against the plastic packaging).

The toyway WWD figures are amazing, they almost perfectly match the creatures from the real WWD series.

FUTABA

I believe they were sculpted using the actual CGI models from the series.
