There is a video review for the Hybrid out there. I won't link to it due to language, but it shows that the spikes are retractable ( seems to work pretty well, actually ) allowing it to look like more "normal" T.rex. It however also shows that it now has screw holes.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

This is another good review of it. The bullet holes are atrocious, but it's an overall good figure. Not great, but good.

Yes! Finally, some humans for them to eat! Big ones, too!

No,no,no. Bright colours do not mean "male". It's a HYBRID. They engineered it this way, it didn't evolve like this to attract mates.

I should have made clear which Hybrid Rex I meant. I meant the Tyrannosaurus.  In the JP films females are brown while males are green. So therefore they finally aknowledge that Rexy is female, but give the Hybrid Version male colors.

Oh, and more pics thanks to JPToys:

Guess we also get an Ankylosaurus with more spikes and a red B&B T.rex.

So far....eh.  The I-Rex does look similar to the D-Rex concept which had snake fangs though.

Gotta say, If that Indominus looked like the film version, it would be pretty good, maybe even better than the Bad "Girl" one. But I have never liked the look of the max level dinos from JW the game, so.........No words.
That Ankylosaurus looks like a power ranger zoid or whatever they´re called with that shine armor.

I´m interested in this line....To see how weird, over the top and crazy it can be. :P

Oh joy, the new Freakosaurus has tacked-on spikes, a skeletal skull, and vampire fangs. All it needs is a candy bag, and it'll be ready to go trick-or-treating!

Just when I didn't think Hasbro couldn't bring the JP franchise any lower, they surprise me. I mean, it's not like anyone out there would enjoy REAL dinosaurs for 2016, right?

I actually love the new I. rex concept, looks like something out of Dinosaur King. And it looks like it doesn't have the standing issue of it's predecessor.

New Ankylosaur paint-job isn't bad either, I'll wait until I see this one in detail before buying the original.

LophoLeeVT

I quite like the new model but the bright orange spikes on the Back look so out of color sheme with the red still looks Awesome !!!!!!

Not really. In Dinosaur King this would be rather armor than part of the animal.

Kinda fitting given the translation of Abaranger lyrics:
Rampage, rampage, rampage, turn up! Get up!
Rampage, rampage, push forward!

Who is it that stains the name of justice now?
It turns up from a crack in the sky
The DinoGuts that stir up the heart
Turn their fangs unto the warmest dreams
The memories of old times
The moment they awaken
The engraved message now
Goes up in flames

Only the rampaging ones can get stronger
Only the rampaging ones know gentleness
Rampage, rampage, rampage, turn up! Get up!
Rampage, rampage, until... we win!
Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger!
Abaranger!

In order to bring quietness back to this world
Let's make a pledge to make our spirits run
Even if we're beat up, we'll rise again
Our courage won't stop anymore
It isn't buried
Underneath any rubble
Rise up, DNA of love
And become power!

Only the rampaging ones know themselves
Only the rampaging ones know the pain
Rampage, rampage, rampage, turn up! Get up!
Rampage, rampage, keep on rampaging!

Deep within our souls
We're being called together
That voice is now pushing on our backs
For the sake of justice

Only the rampaging ones can get stronger
Only the rampaging ones know gentleness
Rampage, rampage, rampage, turn up! Get up!
Rampage, rampage, until... we win!
Only the rampaging ones know themselves
Only the rampaging ones know the pain
Rampage, rampage, rampage, turn up! Get up!
Rampage, rampage, keep on rampaging!
Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger!
Abaranger!

Anyways, we have a pics of Owen:

He, his weapon and bike look rather accurate.

The most positive thing I can say about this line is that I'm happy to be saving some money.

Damn, I'm a sucker for all these fantasy dinosaurs (heck I already see JP dinosaurs that way so I say why not go all the way!). I'll probably get most of these.
