I guess this will still count as a 2023 release? Meet Aymen, the latest in a long line of modern Spinosaurus toys and I believe the first one to be depicted in a bipedal stance as opposed to hunched over or swimming. Naturally, he will come with a clear plastic support rod like other PNSO theropods just to be safe.

News: Upcoming release from Mojo Fun (New for 2024)(Pt. 2)
Well, it turns out that Mojo Fun does technically have some brand new prehistoric figures in store for 2024. Like those from CollectA and Papo, the miniatures in this tube are all based on preexisting larger figures, and older ones at that. You’ve got Ankylosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Mandschurosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Pteranodon, Smilodon, Spinosaurus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus rex, Velociraptor, and the woolly mammoth.
News: Upcoming releases from Mattel (New for 2024)(Pt. 9)
Take a look at two more interesting 2024 Mattel Jurassic World Danger Pack toys. First is Craterosaurus, an Early Cretaceous stegosaur from England known from just a partial vertebra (which clearly didn’t deter Mattel).
And the other is Kileskus, a Middle Jurassic tyrannosauroid from Russia.

Well, this is definitely disappointing. Mojo Fun is only releasing repaints for next year. And two of these five repaints are of the same animal. It’s even more unfortunate considering that Mojo was on a pretty decent prehistoric mammal roll for the last three years. Here’s hoping that they make up for this in 2025.
News: Upcoming releases from Haolonggood (New for 2024)
Next month, Haolonggood will be releasing their biggest figure yet: a towering Alamosaurus. Just look at the size of it!
Like all of Haolonggood’s recent products, it will come in multiple colour schemes: blue, gray, or a limited edition brown version.
I like the blue version best myself.

News: Upcoming releases from CollectA (New for 2024)(Pt. 4)
The three final 2024 CollectA toys have been revealed! First up is the very first ever toy of Nanuqsaurus! This Alaskan tyrannosaurid was smaller than Albertosaurus and much smaller than Tyrannosaurus rex, but if you saw its appearance in Prehistoric Planet, you know it was a savage and pitiless predator!

News: Upcoming releases from CollectA (New for 2024)(Pt. 3)
CollectA has a new ankylosaur coming out in 2024: a 1:20 scale Deluxe-sized version of Polacanthus, a relatively famous but poorly known English nodosaurid.
At 27.5 cm long and 13 cm high at the tip of its tail, the Polacanthus will rival this year’s Stegouros for the title of CollectA’s largest ankylosaur!

Now here’s something a lot of collectors, myself included, have been craving for a long time: a high quality figure of Megaraptor!
As usual, Haolonggood is offering this terrific tyrannosauroid in two different colour schemes.
My only concern is its stability, as the right leg appears to be balancing on just the tip of one claw.

News: Upcoming release from PNSO (New for 2023)(Pt. 13)
Feast your eyes upon the stupendous Samuel! This towering Alamosaurus is perhaps PNSO’s finest sauropod yet, standing close to 30 cm tall and boasting a very long and very thick neck and rows of spiky osteoderms on his back. He’ll undoubtedly go well with Cameron, or indeed most other Tyrannosaurus rex figures!
News: Upcoming release from CollectA (New for 2024)
CollectA’s first 2024 reveal is their 1:3 scale take on Dearc (pronounced “jark”), a Middle Jurassic rhamphorhynchine discovered in Scotland. Named and described in 2022, it had an estimated wingspan of up to three metres and was the largest flying creature of its time.
The head appears to have been inspired by the northern gannet.
