The water looks amazing!
On and off dinosaur collecting phases over the span of millions of years has led me to this very forum.

The river was just green colors and vallejo water texture on top.
And the splash...is nail UV resin in which I put a bit of cotton.
Pull it in the desired form and the use UV lamp.
(its very cheap but use a mask and open the window)
