Made this account because I really like these humanoid dino figures from Boss Fight Studios' Saurozoic Warriors line, but they don't seem to have any for a Tyrannosaurus Rex. Was wondering if anyone else knows any other similar action figure lines featuring this sort of dino-head-on-human body design that has one for a T-Rex, preferably with a green and/or orange color scheme? I've seen Axytoys' Dinosaur Battlefield line has some but they are really expensive!

Hmm, let's see:
This line may only be available in Europe at the moment, but Dino Legends/Strectchy Legends has Megarex

For something vintage, TMNT has
Shogun Shoate: https://turtlepedia.fandom.com/wiki/Shogun_Shoate_(1994_action_figure)
Tyranno Shredder: https://turtlepedia.fandom.com/wiki/Tyranno_Shredder_(1997_action_figure)

Extreme Dinosaurs has T-Bone, who got mutliple toys, indeed, the most of any Extreme Dinosaurs character:

Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

I made a list of the toy lines that make anthropomorphic dinosaurs/dragons/reptilians:

1.) Axy Toys' Dinosaur Battlefield

2.) Savage Crucible Wave 1 Lemurians

3.) Defenders of Eden

4.) Saurozoic Warriors

5.) Romankey Cowl Algar

6.) A few figures from the Mythic/Cosmic line

Unfortunately, for now it looks as though Axytoys is your only option for a T-Rex

I'm currently trying to collect Dinosaucers figures, models and prototypes..wish someone would grab the license and make new figures based on it.
