Well, this showed up today on German eBay:

For sure looks like it has been pulled from the cover of a magazine. The font used for "Limited Edition" also matches one of the fonts used for Blue Ocean's Dinosaurier magazine.

Limited Edition? Looks identical to the repaint they released this year to me.
