I know neither of them are very accurate, but which do you prefer, or consider a better figure?

I like the CollectA one better, but the Carnegie one has a nice smile.

Is there an alternate universe in which dinosaurs collect figures of people?

The CollectA one. +You have a stegosaurus corpse as well.

But my favorite so far is the Bullyland one.
