A new fossil mysticete-related paper is available online:

Figueiredo, R., Bosselaers, M., Póvoas, L., and Castanhinha, R., 2024. Redescription of three fossil baleen whale skulls from the Miocene of Portugal reveals new cetotheriid phylogenetic insights. PLoS ONE 19(3): e0298658. https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0298658

In this paper, a new genus, Adicetus, is coined for the taxa "Cetotherium" vandelli and "Aulocetus" latus, which were described from specimens reported in the early 1800s.
