Report to moderator function

When I receive a moderator report sent via the 'report to moderator' button, there is a field below the report for moderators to post a comment. I've always used this to respond to the reports and always assumed the person who reported it was able to view that response. However, I've just realised that isn't the case!

So, apologies to anyone who ever reported a post via the 'report to moderator' function and didn't receive a reply. I wasn't ignoring you, I just didn't realise you couldn't see my comments.
