As the title says this is where I'll post all of my projects. To start off here's one of the props I've made from the Jurassic Park franchise. It's the resonating chamber of a velociraptor from JP III. It's 3D printed from a file on Thiniverse that was modified by my brother to be more accurate to the screen used prop. It was then filled sanded and painted by hand.

Next is my very first attempt at sculpting a figure, Doedicurus clavicaudatus. 1/35th scale, 4.45" x 1.7", sculpted in Super Sculpey. This was only my second time sculpting anything organic so I'm pleased with how it turned out. It still needs some clean up but I plan on molding and casting it in resin. I'll be documenting the process and I'll post it here.

I'm planning on starting another sculpt soon and right now I'm thinking of doing either Archaeoceratops, Avaceratops or Vagaceratops. I'm having a hard time picking so what would all of you like to see?

DinoToyCollector

That's a cute little Doedicurus (or Dödel for my girl friend).
I'd like to see the Avaceratops. That species often appeared in my childhood books of the 90's and I'd love to see a modern version of this animal.

Maybe a dumb question:
Does the resonating chamber sound like in JPIII? It looks very good!

Thanks! The resonating chamber doesn't make any sound unfortuneately. The support material from printing filled in most of the internal voids.. I ended up making an Archaeoceratops last night but I'll make an Avaceratops next.

Well time for an update. I molded the Doedicurus and pulled the first cast last night (pictures coming tomorrow of the mold). In the meantime here's a finished example.

Next up I've got my new Archaeoceratops. It is the smallest creature I'm going to attempt at 1/35 scale so I decided to go ahead and knock it out. It measures 1 inch long by 1/2 inch tall. I also made him a removeable base to stand on. I'm considering molding and casting these too if there's any interest.
