This one suggests Tullimonstrum was most likely some sort of vertebrate based on the chemical composition of its soft tissue.

I'm not a biochemist, but I definitely find this line of evidence more compelling than the melanin argument originally advanced. I'd like to see the chemistry compared to more samples; as far as I can tell they only included a single spiralian.
