A new paper on the awesome alligatoroid. Say hello to the new species Deinosuchus schwimmeri and say goodbye to D. rugosus, which has been melded with D. riograndensis.

Some very thorough and elucidating work here! However, my primary takeaway from this paper is that "schwimmeri" is a great name for a semi-aquatic predator.  :))
