Really sad stuff. 31 million dollars could be used for far more productive purposes, but that's beside the point.

Like avatar_stargatedalek @stargatedalek said, casts are a great alternative. One website that I've found that sells full size, high-quality casts is Gaston Design.

From what I can tell, they seem rather well-made and are far more affordable. I definitely want to save up for an Allosaurus leg, or something like that.
