Hi, I want to review toys and talk more about the material that goes into them, because obviously that's a big part of what makes a good toy. Can anyone recommend something to read about the different types of plastics that are commonly used in toys?

I'd love to read something like this. I've always been enamored with plastic as a material. It holds a certain magic for me. I'm in the process of writing a book on early synthetic polymers (pre-1940). Didn't think anyone else would have any interest.

as someone looking into making my own toys that look professional and factory produced (in the style of the old playvisions and K&M minis and panini prehistoric animals etc) I'm desperately looking for the exact same thing.
