Articulated Dino brands?

I've found that Playmobil makes a fairly decent Deinonychus if you're willing to spend the time to un-kiddy the figure (aka detail it); but I'm still not fully satisfied with it as all the motion is one-dimensional.

Does anyone know of any brands that offer ball-socket articulation on the carnivorous side of the dinosphere, or other produced dinos that fall into this category? 1:28-1:30 scale would be most preferred; but my imagination can stretch so far as to go between 1:18-1:36; depending on species.

Megalosaurus

The Carnage ReSaurus line (out of production) is amazing.
I'll recomend you get them all.
