1. There is no response after the animatronic dinosaur is powered on;
Solution: Check if the controller indicator light is on. If the light is on and the machine does not respond after shaking the arm in front of the sensor probe, the sensor probe may be damaged. At this point, it can be judged by replacing the sensor probe with a fault-free machine. After confirming the fault, take out a new sensor probe from the repair kit for replacement or contact us directly for mailing.

2. The animatronic dinosaur has movements, but the movements are incomplete (for example, only the mouth does not respond)
Workaround: The machine has motions, but only one motion fails. At this point, the fuse corresponding to this action is expected to be damaged. You need to open the black controller with a screwdriver, and then visually check whether the fuse on the circuit board is blown (the fuse is the vehicle's transparent case fuse, you can visually check whether the wire is broken). If so, remove the corresponding colored fuse from the repair kit and replace it. However, if the insurance is still damaged after starting the machine after replacement, you need to contact us immediately.

Solution: When the dinosaur opens its mouth, the speaker has no sound; if it is an external speaker, first observe whether the power indicator on the speaker lights up when the mouth is opened. If there is, the SD card inserted into the speaker may be in poor contact or damaged; if the speaker light is off, the external speaker may be damaged. Can be replaced if necessary. Solution: For example, when the tail swings to one side, the motor makes a sharp abnormal noise, which may be caused by friction after the machine is deformed by external force. You need to contact us and our technicians will help you correct and restore the mechanical structure. If there is abnormal noise all the way from the tail, it may be that the motor reducer or the bearing is stuck. At this time, it is necessary to replace the faulty motor reducer or bearing. 5. Dinosaur skin is damaged by sharp tools and cracks appear
Solution: The animatronic dinosaur skin is composed of silicone and fiber cloth. If the skin is cut with a sharp tool during use, it can easily crack. At this time, you can use a needle and thread to sew the crack (try to make the seam neat), then take out the transparent glass glue from the repair kit, apply a layer of glass glue evenly on the sewn crack, and repair it after simple drying.
