Hello from Germany

Greetings everyone.

After lurking both the blog and the forum for some time, I have finally decided to register to share and discusss  about one of my greatest passions.

Some side fact about me.

I'm a 35 year old office clerk from Germany. I was quite facinated and interested about dinosaurs and prehistory in general for as long as I can remember. While this passion died down for during my teenage years, it returned during my early 20s and eveb since then I have fully embraced it.

For a long time, my collection consisted mainly of the dinosaurs toys i had since from my childhood and took with my when i moved from home. However, when my sister gifted me a Papo Allosaur back in 2017, my collecting urge was ignited and over the years I have build a small herd of "new" dinosaur toys and models.

Hopefull, I will find the time to properly photograph and and share my little collection with you soon.

Quite some Germans here (I am from south of Frankfurt a.M.) already, also some with figure lines made by themselves. The Papo Allosaurus was also in my first batch of figures with which I restarted collecting.

Welcome! Love the name and avatar combo! This seems to be a common theme, liking dinosaurs as a kid, losing interest as a teenager, getting back into them as an adult. Your story is similar to my own, it's as though there's something else occupying our minds during our teenage years.
