JURASSIC WORLD---Chris Pratt commented on his idea and James Gunn's idea for a future sequel, "I would say just given the advent of what we can now do underwater, I'm curious to see more about the Mosasaur. I thought that dinosaur was a wonderful creature, but I'd be curious a little bit more about the life of that fabulous creature. Maybe some more underwater dinosaurs.
One time, James Gunn (GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY) gave me a pitch; he was like, 'What about cavemen?' Isn't there a caveman version of the Jurassic thing where a caveman — like the remake of 'Iceman' or something like that? Where maybe the DNA they extract is — I don't know!"

I'm all for mosasaurs and other marine prehistorics. I think they need to give us encounter stories with odd takes. More capturing, wildlife management..a series.

Shrek 4 is an underrated masterpiece

Remember when the X-men went back in time and there was a dude named Sauron that looked like a pterosaur-man hybrid, and there's a Devil Dinosaur? They could adapt those stories into a movie within the MCU. We have already experienced time travel in Endgame, so what's stopping them?

Sauron is actually from the present and is named Karl Lykos. Basically Werewolves were not allowed in comics at the time, so the writers at Marvel made him a Were-Pterosaur. And yes, his name is a shout out to Lord of the Rings.

Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

That's 1 of Mark Witton's ideas: https://markwitton-com.blogspot.com/2015/07/where-next-for-jurassic-park-movies.html

Because of the Comic Code Authority:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comics_Code_Authority

The important part:
QuoteScenes dealing with, or instruments associated with walking dead, torture, vampires and vampirism, ghouls, cannibalism, and werewolfism are prohibited.

Neal Adams about Sauron
QuoteThere were things you couldn't do because of the Comics Code Authority in those days. For instance, the Comics Code Authority wouldn't let you put a vampire in a comic book story. So I wondered if it was possible to come up with a character that was just like a vampire, but would still pass the Comics Code Authority. If you look at Sauron, he's basically a vampire, but an energy vampire. What is blood? Blood is energy. It's what makes your body move. He takes your energy our of your body and you look all wrinkled. I couldn't have him turn into a bat because that was too obvious. What else flies and has leathery wings? A pterodactyl. Okay, so a pterodactyl bites somebody. He gets sick and seems to die. But he comes back to life by drawing energy from someone else. Sauron was basically a vampire and the Comics Code never spotted it.

Okay, so he is a vampire, but also has some werewolf traits.

I really, really wish they'd just put the kibosh on Jurassic... not only is it unrealistic in so many ways, they are squandering the reality of such a universe.

Forget cloning "dinosaurs". Genetic technology in the Jurassic universe is now just a tool for everyone it seems, and I'm sure people would move on to cloning other things, or genetic manipulation of human beings almost immediately. Designer humans, anyone? Breeding humans with 'ideal' traits? That universe has so much potential outside of "dinosaur" attacks.

Maybe they can hire an actual writer for the seventh movie? Maybe a paleoartist?

Sauron is my all-time favorite comic book character, and I have just about every issue he's ever appeared in. I met Neal Adams several years ago and had him sign Sauron's first appearance issue from the 1960's. And just a week and a half ago I drove to Kansas City, Missouri and met Roy Thomas and had him sign the same. I also had Mr. Thomas do an original drawing of Sauron for me. It wasn't cheap, but I'll treasure it forever.

I think a cool new big theropod could be Acrocanthosaurus, based on the JWE2 design. It would be cool to see it not trying to kill Rexy but coexisting with her.
