Hi all

I placed order on Sunday and emailed as bought wrong version. Does anyone know when they usually reopen after Chinese New Year? Not had a reply to my email so I suspect it's due to the holidays.

It is. You can also try their facebook.  I'd say maybe around or after Feb 8th?  Some take a longer break than others.
