Does anyone have any Parasaurolophus cyrtocristatus figures? Have you seen any about anywhere? Any pics? I have quite a collection of Para paraphernalia but have never come across a (deliberate) representation of a cyrtocristatus (chinasaurs with poorly designed crests don't count :P)
I really really like blue things.

Have you got the Tamiya Parasaurolophus? The kit comes with two different heads ( which I found out too late, so I did not directly order two ).  One is based on P.walkeri, the other on P. cyrtocristatus. The kit follows the theory that both are different sexes, so they are refered to as Male and Female.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

You can check Shapeways as well. I believe are versions on there though they may be considered female Paras as with the Tamiya kit.

Thanks guys. I don't have the Tamiya kit but I'll put it on my 'to get' list now I know about the different heads.

Just looked up the shapeways one too and it's purrrdy. Lovely pose too. I'd get one if I had the skills to paint it nicely.

Even if you cannot paint it that well, there are MANY talented artists here in the forun that do comission work...ie, copper, Martin Garratt, and I am sure there are more that do not come to mind immediately. I am not adept at painting models myself so I generally have mine done for me.
Authors with varying competence have suggested dinosaurs disappeared because of meteorites...God's will, raids by little green hunters in flying saucers, lack of standing room in Noah's Ark, and palaeoweltschmerz—Glenn Jepsen

Exactly, there are a slew of artists here that can assist you. I'm usually too busy to even paint my own so rely on other artists there..and the range of talent is incredibly inspirational.
