Very cool! Though, I think the head is a bit large. I assume he'll add the rest of the sail later.

Dimetrodon does have quite a large skull..and he used a cast copy for it as well.

It may have just been the angle, or maybe the head looks bigger without the sail. Anyways, it is absolutely awesome and I can't wait to see it finished .

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm guessing that Murphy's Dimetrodon is based on Csotonyi's (which I'm guessing is based on Bakker's).

To be honest I'm not sure. I've never seen him post either artworks...but it is a very good possibility.
