There are always to make sellers ship outside their country to yours
Just send them an email that your are desperately willing to buy the item he or she is selling , you can also show them your collection via an url, thereby proving them that you are a serious collector all in all this has helped me 9 of the 10 times to obtain items from USA only sellers

As for other ones use ebay really most of the things you seek are on ebay, but also look on various ebay's not only ebay.com with is USA for example.

There isn't one--at the bottom of the page is a link to their new website. Which is extremely slow and probably doesn't have the figure(s) anymore (I can't tell--it is taking forever to load).

I used google, by searching with terms like:

Safari Doedicurous price
or just

you have chance to find quite a lot of things alongside ebay, I dunno if you have Craig's List also, might also be an idea
