resin recast parts for model kits? Anyone?

Hi. Does anyone have any sources for folks doing recast (resin or plastic, either will work) for model kits? I have an Aurora Penguin model that is complete except for the top of the umbrella, and would like to have a recast part made if anyone is doing them and happens to have the piece to use as a master.

I know how rare the kit is and the odds of someone having a recast part is slim, but I do occasionally see build-ups on eBay for sale so SOMEONE has access to the original parts....so I just thought I'd ask around and see if anyone has a source for loose parts. Ya never knowwhat someone may turn up and you never know till you ask!! :-)
