Out of interest, were there mushrooms In the Jurassic era? I'm drawing some dinosaur stuff and am not sure whether to put them in! Thanks in advance!

Mushrooms had been there long before any Dinosaur graced this planet.
I'm pretty sure that also in the Jurassic era they were everywhere in many, many forms.

The earliest fossil fungus fruiting body that looks like what most people think of as a mushroom is from the early Cretaceous. But they don't fossilize often so there were probably mushroom-like fungus earlier as well.
