Is there a list out there of every pre Dino that lived? From the ones in the sea to early anphibians and etc.

that would actually be impossible since we do not have a complete fossil record and, at least at this time, cannot know every animal that existed before the dinosaurs, but pretty much everything major before the era of the dinosaurs could be labeled under Paleozoic life and here is a little google search for that

Do you mean only tetrapods or all animals including fish, insects, etc? There would be hundreds of thousands on that list!
