Papo Spinosaurus scale

To all the JP experts out there - how does the Papo Spinosaurus scale compared to the one in the movie?

The one in the movie is listed as 43 feet long (according to this site: http://jurassicpark.wikia.com/wiki/Spinosaurus)

I think it's about evenly scaled to the Papo Running Rex as the Spinosaurus in the JP III movie was to the T-Rex.
