Here's another Finnish newbie to the forum! I found the forum and the blog already about a year ago and I've been visiting them ever since in search of the latest dino models and news. I haven't dared to register until now, though.  ;D

What finally brings me here is that I am convinced I've found a place where I belong. My first memories of dinosaurs date back to the early childhood and The Land Before Time series which I used to watch, rewatch and rewatch again. Curiously enough, this seem to resemble my compatriot Harukin's childhood memories. Did we have a dinosaurs golden era in Finland back then...?

What comes to collecting dinos, I remember consciously starting 7-8 years ago when I bought my first dinosaur model which happened to be Wild Safari's Parasaurolophus (what a fine little thing it is!). My collection has expanded somewhat over the years and as I currently happen to be based abroad I have had the chance to acquire a few jewels (ha ha, at least they are jewels in my eyes ^-^) to the collection and see some real reconstructions too.

Apart from dinosaurs I also enjoy drawing and other artistic activities but so far my attempts to draw dinosaurs have been very few. Maybe I'll give dino drawings a new go for the shake of being now finally here. ;)
