finally :P
I was told by employees that they would have been in stock around when school started ::)

I checked last week here in Ottawa and they still didn't have anything I'll have to check back.

deanm

Burlington, Ontario has them. The Target on Appleby Line.

Well it seems they are in Ontario anyway. I just came back from my local Target here in Ottawa and they had the Terra display up with the four dinos, mythical creatures, farm set and boxed and loose extant wildlife.
I picked up the one I like, the Pachyrhinosaurus, $9.99 plus our lovely taxes.
Hopefully now Target will survive up here. It was reported on the news if sales don't improve across the board they may pull up stakes.

I guess they are everywhere now. Just saw a display in Waterloo today as well.

Good news for us Canucks!
How is the packaging? Any different from the Target USA ones?

So far I only see records from Ontario which, surprisingly, is not actually 'everywhere'. Anyone from a place with a target in a different province see them yet?

deanm

Packaging is the same.  I did not look too closely - so I don't know if the packaging is bilingual.

@ sbell.  I would be curious to know if they are making their way to other provinces also.

The box and the graphics are the same but it is bilingual plus. On mine on the right it has Pachyrhinosaurus & Pachyrhinosaure, on the left instead of just 3+ yrs it has 3+ years/ans/jahre/anos/anni. On the back it has the info on the Pachyrhinosaurus in English & French.

Forgot the bottom. It has the company info in French & English and all the warnings and other info in the five languages. The product code is different from the four Dan provided so I guess the bilingual CDN versions get their own codes 062243279773 & AN4000Z

I can add that Battat Terra figures have reached the Target store in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Another difference in the Canadian boxes is you just get the dinosaur name, not the species name. For example, Nanshiungosaurus Brevispinus is just Nanshiungosaurus (Fr Nanshiungosaure). Only Dacentrurus has the single name on the box. While the description of the dino on the back of the box is the same (just bilingual on the Canadian versions), the "extra" data on the American boxes is missing - Name means, Period, Order, Suborder, Location, Diet, Length, Weight, and Discoverer.
The figures sell for 9.99 Canadian. My Target had all four figures, but the end cap display was not the elaborate one some people have posted pics of on this forum.

Unless I am missing something I haven't seen the species name on the fronts of any of the USA boxes either in images on the DTF, Dan's Dinos, eBay etc.

DinoLord

The species names are on the back under the genus.

Okay, that must be what Daspletodave meant, like he says the species name and extra info are missing on the back of our versions.

Good news, found Battat-Terra products in a Calgary Target. The store person even knew of the line.

But at this point they only had the Hydra, some mini wild animals and the barn. But the rest should be coming eventually.
