Hi there!
Was looking for a RC dinosaur for my son for Christmas.
Found these two robotic dino toys.
- Boomer Robot Dino - http://bestrobotictoys.com/boomer-robot-dinosaur-playful-interactive-robotic-toy/
- Tekta T-Rex Robot - http://bestrobotictoys.com/cutest-dino-robotic-toy-teksta-t-rex-robot-dinosaur/
Are they really good?
Loopy
Kids used to play with toys.
Now toys play with them.

I don't have experience with either of these 2
but in that price range I know the WowWee robo-raptor is pretty nice
and in a bit higher price range there's the UGobe Pleo (retired), which is dare I say the holy grail of electronic animals

The Pleo dinosaur may be out of production but it is still in stock on Amazon here.

Do any forum members own it? Is it any good?

sadly that's nearly $300 above the cost they were a few years ago (they were 200-300 dollars on average)

I don't own one but I've seen them and they are most impressive, they aren't so much of a "toy" like the other contenders mentioned here, as they are an "artificial pet"
the learning and memory features are something I can't speak for, having only had a short time with one

Wow nice and interesting toy  :))
