Yes, this is along the lines of what to expect (or even a new sculpt, quite possibly).

This new version of Kiss doesn't solve the problems I have with the original one, but it's hard to pass up this version since it's inspired by Prehistoric Planet. Since my original Kiss has a glued on leg, I'll probably replace it with this version.

Got wrapped up in another hobby so I have not been acquiring models at all lately, but this has drawn my attention >:D

Thank you!!! Placed my order. I was a bit shocked by the price so I scrolled through my history to see how much the original was, $54.99, so only $5 more. I was honestly more shocked that Kiss came out 2 years ago!! Time has really flown

I hope these sell well so Rebor can make more obscure figures like the Beezlebufo and (hopefully) the Giga, Spino, Yuty...

Were your problems about inaccuracies (if so what are they?) or other issues?

As someone who missed out on the standard version of Kiss, definitely pre-ordering the new version! Quick question though if someone doesn't mind helping me: I recently ordered & received Tusk, and he came in 3 pieces - the tail, the main body, and one of the legs was separate and had to be inserted. Not only that, but the leg was loose and falls off. From everything I've seen online, these models are supposed to come in two pieces (tail/everything else), not three. Can anyone confirm for me if Rebor changed this during later production runs? Thanks.

That is very odd. I have Kiss not Tusk but mine just has 2 pieces, the tail and body. Did it just break off or does it have an actual insert? Have you tried super gluing it together? Do you remember where you ordered it from originally? Perhaps you could email them and ask.

No it was meant to plug into the leg as a separate piece. I ordered from a company called Happy Hen. I emailed them and am following up with them soon with a picture of it when I am back home. I didn't superglue it because I want to return it for a version that is normal.

Ok, yeah that is very odd. I've ordered from Happy Hen many times. Hopefully they can fix it for you and reach out to Rebor.

Yes mainly inaccuracies. They've been discussed earlier on this forum, but it comes down to the fact that this model has muscles like a mammal, not like a bird or a reptile. Also it isn't in true 1:35 scale (more like 1:30) and Kiss has quite an ugly tail gap. Lastly, both my Kiss and Tusk have some problems with the articulation of the jaw. I hope that will be fixed in this new version.

Still this version is definitely one I would like to add to my collection. Mainly because my own Kiss model got damaged quite badly.
