They're really kind of adorable.  (And probably expensive.  Blasted Japanese and all their cool ideas...  :P)

The Japanese site Dino Toy Museum is always a good starting point as there are usually examples listed from various releases. There seem to be loads of these! They are indeed by Kabaya and the Japanese seem to know them as Zaurus Bone (not Hone Hone). I have seen these on Ebay from time to time listed by various anime/manga sellers so they are about although not something I would pay much attention to myself although, they are quite appealing, especially the more unusual animals.  ;)
