Wait that was just the cardboard box and it sold for over 50 dollars? Am I missing something?

Its old, rare and in pretty good condition. That is about the going rate for any of these old original Marx boxes. A complete used set with the box goes for between $170 and $200 and if you want mint in the box you are looking at over $300.
