Yes, it has been retired when the new small Dinosaurs came out.

More like the cartoony Jurassic Park Velociraptor rip-off.  That design isn't generic as dromaeosaurids don't look like that (even ignoring the missing feathers).  The Jurassic Park Velociraptor design is based on Deinonychus at a time when its head was inaccurately reconstructed similar to Allosaurus's head.  That Schleich "Velociraptor" takes the inaccuracy further by giving it a giant head and giant feet, and it also appears to be missing its first toes/dewclaws.
