Unknown Allosaurus model

Today I received an email via AliExpress from seller Hong Shao regarding this rather striking limited edition (300) Allosaurus figure. I can't find a brand and wondered if anyone has come across this before. I am sorely tempted, but have just ordered the Kaiyodo rex from ED:

I use the 'Show unread posts since last visit' link below the greetings. I think it work by the same rules as the recent posts.
