AWWW NO ONE LOVES THE MONKY :'( :P

No. Apparently we (meaning a few) people really want primitive whales.

Not sure how popular that would be outside the collector market? ;)

I was being silly there.  I just thought that it is an important species so i mentiond it in the thread.

BTW Im also on for the Basalosaurus and other Prehistoric sea cretures that are not Reptiles or fish

Like Odobenocetops

Now, this one someone should make. It really looks odd and interesting. I find this one more interesting than Basila ;D

What, the minky or the whales? :P

I voted for Thylacoleo and Basilosaurus. The latter's a giant freaky whale that's easy to do, but I've seen too many Thylacoleo reconstructions that just make it a big cat with weird teeth rather than the weird possum from hell that it really was. If Mojo do one I really hope that they pay close attention to the skeleton and more accurate reconstructions, because it could be very cool.

I voted for Basilosaurus, because it doesn't have fur...er I mean, I voted because they aren't very many figures of this animal available, so why not? The Safari Toob Basilo was nice, but too small imo.

[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?

I have the same question. Whales are popular, but in general, people like 'pretty' whales like dolphins or humpbacks. There isn't even a decent river dolphin (yet) and we expect people to want prehistoric whales that they aren't familiar with?

Seijun

Are you implying that river dolphins are not pretty!??
My living room smells like old plastic dinosaur toys... Better than air freshener!

Saying it was implied actually implies I was not blunt. As far as pretty cetaceans go, no, they aren't your typical pretty dolphin (heck, even the prettier-patterned dolphins don't get made).

Seijun

I think river dolphins are the most beautiful cetacean of all :D

Because they do no look like the typical Dolphins people expect. When people think of Dolphins, they think of Flipper, you know, those seemingly playful ones, who are actually psychopathic monsters!

As for prehistoric whales, I can see Basilosaurus selling, but not due to being a whale, but due to being named something Saurus. And it resembling a Marine Reptile.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

No,to take the prehistoric whales off would be to remove not only some of the already voted for options, but also for the one that is in the lead in the poll. :)
Don't you hate it when you legitimately compliment someone's mustache and she gets angry with you?

I never said I don't like them (ambivalent, really) just think they're funny looking.

But CollectA must feel your pain in 2013:
