New Lord of the Abyss 2.0 mosasaurus!
Estimated release is early 2023.

The Dragon Soul:

The PVC (base for DX has an indominus rex skull which is pretty cool!):

The Supplanter 2.0 has a similar pose to the W-Dragon's original spinosaurus, while this Lord of Abyss has a similar pose to W-Dragon's mosasaurus. I'm not complaining. In fact I quite like it as I really love the W-dragon mosasaurus pose, but this Nanmu one will be much more affordable.
I'm hoping for a pteranodon accessory  :D

Carnoking

The dragon soul offering looks to be a rip-off—- I mean, inspired by the Sideshow Mosasaurus. Not sure if I see these as a nice alternative to the more exorbitantly priced figures, or a lack of creativity on Nanmu's part, or both.

The Apatosaurus took blatant "inspiration" from Sideshow too...
Any Giganotosauruses are friends. Any other carnivores are...I think I'll run now.

SpartanSquat

Dont forget the male t-rex pose is like the last t-rex they did.

Pliosaurking

This Mosasaurus looks much better than the last! Even though the poses aren't really original or they are at least heavily inspired, they are affordable. Something the figures they biased them off aren't as much.

Carnoking

Definitely forgot this wasn't the first time we've seen something like this.

I'm in love with the PVC version
Waiting for her size and maybe that skull should be smaller..

Is that just one variant, I can't tell? I don't know if it's just the lighting but one side has a lot more warmer tones going on on the face.

It's the same figure on every photo!
And I have no idea whty they went with this brown color..

Pliosaurking

I don't think that's the main version as it doesn't match the JWD Giganotosaurus. I do like this figure, but thus far I prefer there old, original Giganotosaurus.

idk.. the pattern seems to be the same:

and would be sick if the pvc version had the same scars as the dragon soul one

There is a fairly big difference in the colouration, also I know nanmu said they are making 3 different colour schemes, so I'd imagine there will be one that matches the JWD giga better, hopefully.

Hello everyone, continue to bring you Giganotosaurus version 2.0 code name: "Gustav" coloring test scheme. I hope you like it.
PS:at present, the coloring phase of the test is in progress, and the final physical object shall prevail.

Blade-of-the-Moon

Hmm it's ok. I'll probably stick with the film coloration.

The Giga's name is Gustavo, but you can call him sus.

Most (if not all) Rebor figures are mid

Carnoking

Can't help but feel like the application is cleaner on the first iteration but neither of them strike me as being particularly screen accurate. Oh well, I'll probably just spring for the Dragon Soul offering and be satisfied, one of these monstrosities on my shelf is enough.

blnadal

Nanmu confirmed that the 3rd PVC option will be the same painting as the Dragon Soul one

Pliosaurking

I like this one, as it's based of Gustave the infamous nile crocodile, though If I get one I'd say it will be the screen accurate one.

Many friends do not have a conceptual understanding of the size of nanmu Giganotosaurus. If you have version 1.0 on hand, you can try to compare it. Of course, more detailed parameters will be released after we have finished making the pre-sale image. Thank you for your patience.
(Version 1.0 on the right and version 2.0 on the left. Below is the head of the Shadow King in an earlier version of PVC.)
