Hello all,
I guess I am the new guy here. I have always liked dinos and fossils but got away from them for many years. My son (he is 6) likes dinos and early this year we found a trilobite fossil in a creek. Well all of this combined made my interest in all of this stuff jump back up full force.

I have been looking around and buying different dino toys for him and a few things to add as display with my own fossils. I am looking forward to seeing what all sorts of dino toys are out there.

Today he for Christmas (celebrated early at in-laws house) he got dino checkers and chess sets. Of course for Christmas he has more dino stuff he is getting as well.

Thanks.

At the moment I have the Papo Velociraptor, the big and small Bullyland ammonites, the Geoworld Glyptodon skeleton, and the Wildsafari Mosasaur.

I think one of my favorite makers is Papo, but some others are pretty cool as well.

welcome to the jungle indeed.

Its a nice place filled with good people that im sure you will get along with.

You should get some other figures from the Wild safari collection. There almost like Musium replicas, also from Papo, you should get the running T-Rex and Brachiosaurus (shown at the top of the page on the banner, The running T-Rex is the one in the middle, and the Brachiosaurus is the last dinosaur on the right)

There is also a companey called CollectA that makes over a dozen figures a year, and most of them are specie that you can not find from any other companey (though Geo worlds Jurrasic Hunters line is undoupbly there closest Rival when it comes to a ton of figures)

Here is a link to our CollectA Thread, whch features my Entire collection so far with individual photos of the figures

wellcome to our forum new friend  ^-^.
[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?

Welcome Raistlin! Pleasure to have another person to join us!  :)

Raistlin

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I am sure we will have much to talk about, since my son and I love dinos.

Also Takama thank you for the link. I do have several I would like to buy, but the best looking ones are kind of costly so I have to do it a little at a time  :))

Thanks again for tha warm welcome. I look forwarf to seeing all the different dino toys out there.

Welcome and continue to enjoy your stay here!  :)
Keep The Magic Alive and Kicking! :-)

Raistlin

Thanks.

I have hit a place on eBay and have a few more coming lol.

I got for myself the Carnegie Oviraptor and the Collecta Sarcosuchus.

For my son I have the Almosaurus and the Plateosaurus by Collecta coming. Of course he only gets the good dino toys if he has been good. I have several waiting for him, a few I have thought about keeping myself since I got them. Keeping those gets closer all the time since he gets in trouble so often  :))
