I think PNSO has done well this year.  Their releases have been strong and diverse.  Quality over quantity.

Agreed. Their lineup was surprisingly a variety as opposed to prior years.

My bet is on a lipped Tyrannosaurus. Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't there rumors of this figure to debut?

So there was an image of a CAD of a lipped Tyrannosaurus on one of Zhao Chuang's videos, but that was months ago and it's been crickets since.

They went quieter before HLG's explosion though, so who knows? Maybe they'll be back with a bang next year. The fact that Lokiceratops was made as a direct collaboration with the palaeontologists who described it could mean that they've changed their strategy. Maybe they're working with a bunch of palaeontologists on more specific dinosaurs.

I would love more of this, as long as the species described have good remains and they aren't just making a ton of figures based off of a single vertebrae. Lol

I think we'll get new versions of some big hitters next year. Tyrannosaurus, Carnotaurus & Torvosaurus wouldn't surprise me at all.

With regards to a figure around Christmas from PNSO, I'm expecting it to be Mosasaurus if they want to do something relatively unique, Tyrannosaurus if they don't and Ichthyovenator if they want to do something very unique!  And next year I'm sure they'll release Gigantoraptor.

Because big Theropods sell, and PNSO are running out of famous large Theropods that they haven't made yet.

It makes good business sense to assume they'll remake famous Theropods with lips because of that.

I'm getting the impression that PNSO is trying to avoid remaking figures with lips, for now.  Tyrannosaurus I can see them doing as the popularity is there, and Carnotaurus too as PNSO's current one is so terrible and again the popularity is there.  But then PNSO released Tyrannotitan without lips and I don't believe they will remake it with lips anytime soon.  PNSO also released Saurophaganax with lips rather than remaking Allosaurus with them.  And they still haven't made Dilophosaurus, Ceratosaurus (outside of that giant, hollow one), any large dromaeosaurid, etc..  I think there's still plenty they can make without remaking species with lips.  Even as far as megalosaurids go, I can see them making Afrovenator and Wiehenvenator before remaking Torvosaurus.  Personally I would buy all three, but I don't imagine a remade Torvosaurus coming anytime soon from PNSO...

We know we are supposed to get a new paper for the Gnatalie specimen next year, in which I think a new a new diplodocid is supposed to be described. My dream would be if pnso gave us a 1:35 of the new species in a greenish color scheme (homage to the unique bones) named Gnatalie on the box.

They're yet to tackle Ceratosaurus in their prehistoric animal and/or museum line, just throwing that out there.

I'd like to see them branch out to different scales so we can get smaller critters like Psittacosaurus and Zhenyuanlong, amongst many many many other beautifully and completely preserved chinese/asiatic species.

I would love bigger scales of small animals. Like a 1:10ish Sinosauropteryx would be incredible.  I imagine the sculpting and paint process being much more intricate at that scale for animals like that though. It requires much more fine detail to make them look really good that I don't know makes sense financially. That being said I would love to see them give it a shot

The PNSO Sinosauropteryx is just about 1:10th scale. For small animals like that you would want smaller single digit scale numbers.
