It looks so miserably... "Please free meh!".... quite nice though, I like it. Having a look to the back of the box it even seems as one of the better dinos of the line. A shame shipping would more than double the price for me :/

Never seem these before. Is there no end to the companies producing Dinosaurs? Shipping would not be an issue with me as the seller does not even seem to send to Australia!

Lanthanotus

Just because I think not as many having a look in the "ebay German specific" thread....:

Not many Placerias around, and this is one of the best..... you'd get it three times, fair price.

If you need a hand for international purchase/shipping, gimme a call (international shipping would be 3,70 € cheapest option).

They came out in the early 90's and were sold in many countries. Not sure if they were sold in Australia though. I've bought these figures on ebay before and have had the seller remove them from the boxes for me to really cut down on shipping cost. The little booklet and fossil are self contained in a plastic clamshell that can be removed from the box and displayed however you would choose.
I'm seeking Orsenigo and other interesting vintage dinosaurs. Contact me if you can help with my search!

CityRaptor

In Germany they were distributed by Simba, but without boxes and fossils. Instead they came with tags. Only ever saw the small and medium ones. They were renamed "Thunder Dino" and "Thunder Saurus" here.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

The last Battat Ouranosaurus on Ebay went for 66 USD + shipping on April 2017  (I know very well  ;) ).

This is perhaps the weirdest looking dinosaur I have ever seen. I've been made aware of many new species thanks to this forum, so if anyone could confirm if this is a real species I'd be thrilled. The closest guess I have is a really off Estemmenosuchus:

Very scary dinosaur indeed!  Looks a cross between Estemmenosuchus and Hypsognathus.

In all seriousness though, this beast is very much fictional.  ;)

Looks like the villain/monster from a cheap 1980s Italian B-movie. The film will probably pop up on the next Best of the Worst.

Slightly off topic but the first time I saw the Dinotales therizinosaurus long past when I last studied dinos, I thought Kaiyodo had added some monster from a Godzilla-type movie and was somewhat appalled and disappointed by the ridiculousness of it...  I still think both it and the CQ version look more cartoonish than realistic.

Nice ID CityRaptor! I thought it was a little too creative for a knockoff company to conjure up. That's a cool line. Lots of neat dinos there.

Battat Diplodocus, in prime condition. Looks like this much-discussed figure has come up for sale again, from a seller I've happily bought from many times:

German Ebay, but seller ships world wide... and there's one of that special Invictas people keep looking out for (Stenonychosaurus):
