All of my finals are done! I'm just waiting on grades now. So, it is time to celebrate by finally scanning this in. I'm not sorry for the gular fold. It makes sense to me with the elongnated heads of those in the sub-family of Unenlagiinae.

I wanted to see how my lovely new Bogus Recycled Rough Sketch Paper from Bee Paper would hold up to ink and wet media. I have learned two things:

-Markers and brushes w/gouche or ink = good
-Don't use your nice dip-pen nibs on this.

It feels smooth but it does have 'tooth'. Either way, time to go buy a bunch of markers and Sharpies. Also, thank you Zopteryx for great request! I love this paper and I want to do more now. Any other suggestions/requests?
Cool! How about a Pachyrhinosaurus or Diabloceratops next (either one would be cool)?

Alrighty! Good choices Yutyrannus!

Gryphoceratops

Thank you Gryphoceratops! Well, hmm. I'm going to try and do a streaming video of the Diabloceratops. Hope it works.

It works! Join me for a livestream!  http://www.livestream.com/timetapestry

WIP of the Diabloceraptops! I'm making it a mama and single youngling. And she's less pointy. Have I told you all that I freaking love this paper? 'Cause I freaking love this paper!

May I suggest adding Pssitacosaur-like quills to their tails? Anyway, it looks really cool so far!

@Yutyrannus: Can do! I'm actually, almost done. Huh. Well that's fun.

Finished and oh my gosh, folks, I am surprised at how well this came out. Fun warm-up. I think my feet are correct (or as correct as they can be) and I was told to add the quills because oh my gosh, it looks amazing with quills. No white on this... eh, didn't feel right.

I'm up for more requests. ;)

ZoPteryx

Awesome work on the raptor Weaver! :o  Very heron-like which I think is appropriate. ;D

The Diablo looks great as well, its posture is very expressive and cool looking! :)

Weaver

Thank you Zopteryx! I'm so glad you like the Buiteraptor! :D Aaah, I had far too much fun with the Diablo. I'll need to try that again.

Also, if anyone has a request for a dinosaur, non-dinosaur, mammal, early bird or sumsuch, just ask. I'm up for doing more. Also, these will look great in my 'outside of school-work' portfolio. ;)

Weaver

Quick! I need a request to work on.  Dinosaur/s, prehistoric reptile/s, prehistoric mammal/s, or prehistoric critters of any type! Suggest a scene or mood as well.

I need busy work to show as examples to potential commissioners/buyers or as a portfolio piece. Help me out here folks, I'm stuck for ideas. :/

How about a trilobite that is hunting for prey in the sand?

amargasaurus cazaui

Always up for a good psittacosaurus picture, perhaps stalking a small insect

Alrighty then! I'm game for it! Thank you Amargasaurus cazaui for the request/idea! Hmm. I can get it sketched out and ready for a livestream by, uh, 7pm Mountain-Time if anyone is interested in looking. I'll post a link before then for you all. Also, what species of Psittacosaurus eh?

I would be delighted just to see a psittacosaurus myself, but if I were to nail down a specific species I would choose  Psittacosaurus. meileyingensis as that is what species my dinosaur is. I am excited to see the picture !!

A few other suggestions might be a Smilodon stalking a mammoth along a ledge,  An oviraptor puffing her feathers to strut in front of a male.....or perhaps a dimetrodon sunning itself on an old fallen tree .

What day will the drawing be posted where I can view the little guy?  I was not sure what day you meant or if you were going to post him here too.

Ah sorry, I have it sketched out and should be posting my live-streaming inking of it tonight. I hope.

Hey there DTF! I, uh, kinda disappeared here didn't I? For that, I am sorry. I was thoroughly entrenched in schoolwork last semester (and drama of the Art Department) so, yeah. I do not have good internet at all here. Terrible internet. We're working on fixing it but, oh well.

However! I do have good news! I have the sketches-requests finished and will be uploading them later but I am taking oil painting this semester. Yay! It's stupidly expensive but I do not mind as we get a lot of open-concept work to do. So, you may get dinos.

I'm trying to think of something for it but I'm drawing a blank beyond Microraptor gui (doing something doofy or preening) or a pair of dromaeosauridae grappling or sumsuch. I'm just a little stuck is all or if anyone has other suggestions... yay.

Long time no see  :))

How about a sea reptile leaping out of the water?
