Nice looking model, even comes with a stand. I wonder if the bidder is Doctor Smith? >:D

And what does the seller have against pandas?

I just got all nostalgic seeing that in the packaging and all.
I really really like blue things.

I already got one. :) Don't have the stand though, now I know why the figure has a hole in the belly.

Thanks for that one, snapped her up. Paid through the nose a bit but at least it means I have completed my project and built my little Oviraptor family. The other two will go in the chinasaur box.

And some of the money goes to charity so that can't be bad.

Maybe but interesting nonetheless. Not really my sort of thing but I know their rarity will attract peeps. Always makes me wonder how people get a hold of these in the first place and how they come about.

Wondeful salamanders ^-^.

[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?

Looks like someone has painted the Invicta Dippy metallic silver (or maybe cast it in chrome) :o

It's a standard model that's been chromed. You can chrome pretty much anything that you can degrease and pass a current through and fit into an immersion tank of chromium trioxide. It's usually done on metal vehicle parts but plastic also chromes really well.

My living room smells like old plastic dinosaur toys... Better than air freshener!
