These little figures are quite nice. Never seen them before. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rare-Wade-WHIMSIES-SET-OF-5-DINOSAURS-set-1-/131796760047?hash=item1eafb2f5ef:g:Fv8AAOSwYlJW21y4

These little ceramic figures are made by Wade, a British company during the 90s and early 2000s. The ones in the link belong to the first set, which is by far the most common out of three different sets of dinosaur figures that they produced. I have most of them as part of a larger Wade Whimsies collection. They really are nice little pieces, if no longer the most scientifically accurate.

Here is a picture of the second and third sets.

Soooo firstly I need to apologise to InvictaHunter as I said i'd let you know if I found more variants, but I couldn't for the life of me remember which site i'd spoken to you on & couldn't find your Paypal details as it was so long ago :( I came across the forum again on a google search,,,,sorry .....my memory is shocking!
I've got some translucent Invictas & a creamy coloured Lambeosaurus, chocolate brown Glyptodon & black Megalosaurus plus more  listed on Ebay, 15 in total......thought you might like a look as they are interesting colours x
Also a bit of history in case you're interested :)
The man who gave me them worked at a place called Cornwell Components ...he said that Invicta were struggling to make them quick enough/to the right quality so they contracted the work out to them :) These funny coloured ones were apparently a combination of workers experimenting & using up left over plastics....anything they didn't want to sell got given to the workers, especially the ones with children....That's how he came to have them...pretty cool story...anyway, i'll link to the Lambeosaurus & you can see the other 14 from my other items...Happy to upload the pics too if anyone wants them for reference  :D

Invicta Hunter

It's not a problem and dont feel guilty.  :)
I can totally understand you wanting to get the most for your items.

They are gold painted figures used by Invicta for advertising their toys at the natural history museum. Jim (invicata hunter) has this unique set in his collection. One day he will post his amazing collection on here.... Won't you mate  ;)

I just posted a photo of them in the British museum line thread and i'll be posting more photos of my collection in the near future.

BrontoScorpio

well,
that auction was ruthless -
I watched it in horror and amazement thoughout the whole 15 or so chapters :
It seemed like the same 2 guys were repeatedly competing each other on all auctions, about who would give the more outrageous offer at the last 5 seconds.
couldn't bring myself to join the frenzy....
