Thanks DinoLord, I just love Joschua Knuppe's Illustrations. :)

Alright, I haven't posted in here for a while. Some of you might know that I don't just draw dinosaurs and other extinct animals. I actually come from a background of fantasy illustration and character creation. So have a peek at a bit of both, a painting I've been working on for a while now (from time to time, at least) for my better half.

Hope to get it done sometime this year, so I can have it printed for him to put on a wall. The dragon is called 'Samsara' and is a real heavyweight. ;)

Thanks! It is a real pain to work on, though. But that's what you get with .psd files that are 14.000 pixels wide, I guess... :D

Your work is amazing! I love seeing the different stages :)

I'm going to be camping out in this thread - can't wait to see updates!

Just some small, yet to me very exciting news: I might soon be collaborating with the paleontological department of the University of Vienna, after showing my reconstructions to one of my professors. I can't wait to get my hands at 'real' and 'proper' reconstruction work! Now I am very much considering switching from zoology to paleontology, after hearing what they're working with here. :D

Good luck with the project, many years ago we had the chance to look around a number of the museums in Vienna including the private geology collection housed in the Natural History Museum. We wish you every success with your endeavours.

Thanks, everyone! Still quite some time to pass until then, but since I was being contacted about it already, it's awesome anyway.

Not a dinosaur, but something I quickly finished yesterday, after not working on it for a long time:
