Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

The red version of the Schleich Tyrannosaurus isn't that rare :).

Seems like a good price...indeed I just bought one myself from there.

Anyone interested in Schleich Baryonyx?

And Invicta Troodon and Blue Whale among these! The convolut is quite cheap, regarded the fact the Troodon alone often goes for 40 Euros or more. Since this seller sells to Germany only, I can help connecting.

Is it really worth three hundred euros??

;D Ha, ha - craziness!
Really - they took a Golden spray can, sprayed it all over the commonest Dinosaur figure you can buy in Germany, two black dots on the eyes .... and here you are: a 300 Euro T. rex. Don't make me laugh!

CityRaptor

Yeah, those Schleich collecting people and their crazy prices....although at least there was a genuine release.

Now for something really rare:

Well, the seller claims it is a super rare cuddle toy from 1959...I have no idea if that is true or not.

Did Schleich ever distribute AAA? I know Simba did.

I know Steiff tend to be very expensive collectables.

It is possible that Schleich distributed AAA for a little while; something makes me think that Safari or someone else did as well--they used to be the go-to dinos!

From experience (and my mum's collection) Steiff is expensive, but not usually that expensive, even for older examples.  If it is a confirmed original from 1959 then it may be worth that amount depending on condition, provenance and the numbers originally made and consequently still existing, but I would want proof; it's history for example, where it was bought, who owned, how did it end up in the sellers hands etc.  I'd also want to check elsewhere what sort of regularity these things turn up and what they usually sell for.

For example, Here is a 1990 replica, complete in box with issue number based on the '59 original at 1/10th the asking price of the other example.  Without proof I'd suspect the 1,300 euro one is more likely to be a '90s example masquerading as an original.
