My understanding is as long as the Target has a toy department, they get the toys

That is a total joke! They never have new Dino items or old. :( gonna have t hope. Can find one on vacation a another store or feepay. :(

The difference here is that this is a Target exclusive. These are toys that for the time being are being produced only to be sold by Target. Not like Safari or Shleich. That leads me to believe the grand majority of stores will have them. I live in NY too and they're here already, I'm sure it is only a matter of time until you have them as well.

I hope so. Cause tired of going to a store all giddy about buying a toy and finding none. :(
Walking With Monsers:
[about Lystrosaurus] Astonishingly, their vast herds make up more than half of all life on Earth. Never again will a single species do so well.

Walking With Monsters: (Hynerpeton) To avoid injury the males demonstrate their strength  in a strange  push up contest.

I can understand that, I was worried I was getting excited over nothing.

Manatee

The Pachyrhinosaurus and Dacentrurus are tempting... I'll have to get those sometime soon.

Unfortunately at stores in some areas (such as mine) the staff aren't particularly helpful. Even with the item number from the receipt of my purchased therizinosaur the staff at the store I bought it from were unable to determine if they carried it or the line in general.

I tried to ask a Staff member today, and I used a Picture of the boxed Pachyrhinosaurus.  Needless to say, they did not have any on the shelf, or waiting to be stocked in the back

Im going to Saint Louis this Saturday, and I plan on Checking a Target down there

I will be in upstate NY on vacation next week when these are scheduled to release. Hopefully predino's worries don't hold up

E.D.G.E. (PainterRex)

I just got back from my local Target (Pueblo, CO) and I was able to find the Pachyrhinosaurus, Stegosaur, Cryolophosaurus, and the Therizinosaurus. They all look great and I like the Therizinosaurus even though it is missing feathers.

My living room smells like old plastic dinosaur toys... Better than air freshener!

Managers at two different stores told me that if they are Target exclusives, then they will be an endcap. Also, I was waiting for a truck off load and toys stocked, and the manager said that exclusives are not shipped on the same trucks. They arrive earlier so the displays can be set up and running for opening. Sooo, dammit. :(

John

The nearest Target store to me had the Schleich animals, smaller dinosaurs and fantasy figures,so I have a good idea where the new Battat series will be,especially since as Simon said earlier Battat has pushed out Schleich there.I't nice to see a good line replace Schleich for once, rather than the other way around as had been happening in every shop I've been to for the last six years. :)
Don't you hate it when you legitimately compliment someone's mustache and she gets angry with you?

amargasaurus cazaui

Gwangi any chance you shot these with something in the picture to give a proper idea of scale for us that are not so great at mentally figuring the size?
Authors with varying competence have suggested dinosaurs disappeared because of meteorites...God's will, raids by little green hunters in flying saucers, lack of standing room in Noah's Ark, and palaeoweltschmerz—Glenn Jepsen

Sure, I can do that. Will post it shortly for you.

EDIT: Here ya go, with an object most of us are no doubt familiar with!

Trexroarr

Does anyone here have an item number for these or can someone get one? I went to a Target in Maryland (while on vacation) and didn't see them. So I asked an employee about it. He asked me for an item number which I of course didn't have. If someone can take a picture of the item tag on the shelf next time, that would be a huge help. Thanks!

Woo beer! :D so they are in scale of a beer can. Better not get drunk. Lol
