We just saw them in TRU Canada, so they must be everywhere now. But seriously, $150 for the big set? And it's not even that involved.

Why is lego so expensive!?

Because they can get away with it. I've heard as justification that the pieces are engineered within a tolerance of a few microns, and from a fairly pricey plastic. They ARE unusually durable and I'm not sure that I've ever had a piece, of the tens of thousands I've handled, that failed to fit where it was supposed to. I've certainly never had a Lego figure that failed to stand on its feet even after years of display.
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

-Is extremely excited- My hubby has preordered the game on PS4 for me and I'm hoping to get enough B-day money to buy all of these sets. :D (There needs to be an emoticon that's super excited).

Having one in-hand, they're very well made. They are a much better alternative to Hasbro. The set I have is the one with the vet vehicle- goes together perfectly (not that I thought it wouldn't). Despite the price tag, I'll go with quality over quantity any day. They're also less expensive at Target. I know one of them was a ten dollar difference compared to TЯU.

Awesome! I saw some at Walmart for the same prices shown on Amazon. I might have to check Target once I get my B-day money. ^_^ I really really hope I can buy them all. It's all I've asked for.

I really want that trex lego

I can't wait for the game!  Gonna be getting it on Wii U, should be fun!  Especially since we can play as dinos.
I'm excited for REBOR's Acro!  Can't ya tell?

stargatedalek

I wish more of the dinosaurs from the game were available in toy form...
Other than the I-rex and Dilophosaurus (which are re-tools anyway) there were no new species added...

JC mentioned this only being wave one, so more dinosaurs could be on the horizon.

It makes perfect sense for Lego to reuse their dinosaurs. It also makes me very happy, since I already own a number of them. I have zero interest in the I-Rex, but I'll probably end up getting the Dilophosaurus set.

I'm surprised they didn't reuse the Triceratops while they were at it.

Wow that is so sweet !! Happy birthday TJ_Terrosaur  ;D

CityRaptor

That's pretty much the whole collection, missing only the "Gallimimus" trap, isn't it?
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

^_^ Thanks Arul!
I'd post the other thing I got but it's not Lego related so I don't think it would go here, but it is Jurassic World related.

That is the only one I'm missing, but as far as I know it's a UK exclusive for preordering the Jurassic Park Lego game.

CityRaptor

Probably not UK Exclusive. Saw it on the German TRU Site for € 3,50. Also common on eBay.
