Those marine reptiles look very well done, actually. I really like the mosasaur.

Me too! :o

Interesting, remind me of predators.   A company needs to find a playable game.

Brontozaurus

I should keep an eye out for these. Though I'm not in the UK, Australia has a habit of getting random stuff like this (I found a bunch of tiny Italian dinosaur figures in a shop once), so there's a very slight chance that some might make their way here.

Any sightings in the US? I'd really love to pick these up! They're kinda cute, and I love the card-game idea! :)

Come check out The Paleo Handbook, today!

Heads up  ;)

I've listed a whole slew of my doubles on Ebay starting at 99p. There's also a few Predators Return of the Dinosaurs and Volcano Battle figures. All are here but if your interested in the Dinowaurs I'd suggest you sieze the chance as they are all but gone from sale here in the UK:

Bokisaurus

Those are some really interesting figures! ;D I like them a lot better than the predators series. Shucks, wish I could find them, I'm pretty sure you are probably out of all your doubles by now :D
Hey, great to see you back here.

So far I have gotten:
ankylosaurus
aucasaurus

compsognatus
ceratosaurus
dilophosaurus
dorygnathus
diceratops
elasmosaurus
euphlocephalus
gigantoraptor
keratocephalus
kentrosaurus
monolphosaurus
mosasaur
parasaurolophus
psittacosaurus
plateosaurus
protoceratops
stegasaurus
suchomimus
talarurus
triceratops
utahraptor
My living room smells like old plastic dinosaur toys... Better than air freshener!

Crackington

My local Tescos has dropped the price on these to £1.25 and it now looks like they are starting to sell.

I have three models so far, the Gigantoraptor, the Crylophosaurus and the Suchomimus. They're nice little models but on the first two the rather soft plastic has curled on their feet, giving them a clubfooted look, a design fault?

The Suchomimus is a lot more impressive though and better painted...

Judging by the three I have so far I would give them 9/10 for choosing rarely made and recently discovered species, but only 5-6 out of 10 for the actual delivery. However, I guess kids would feel better having the card game stuff, you do get a lot for your money from that angle.

DinoToyForum

Yeah, they are reduced in my local Tesco too. But I have all the ones I want.  >:D

Time to stock up and sell them for inflated prices! Or, alternately, help out those of us that just want a mosasaur... ;D

mooseman

I can't remember the price, but I think I saw these in The Entertainer a while ago for buy 1 get 1 free.

I'd pretty much given up on completing this set via the blind bags since supplies local to me are now exhausted. I've now discovered that the following figures are not in circulation via blind bags:

Baryonyx
Majungasaurus
Spinosaurus
Styracosaurus
Titanosaurus
Tarbosaurus bataar

These are only available in blister packs of three figures, one of which is one of the above, and they do not seem to have been issued in the UK!

The good old world wide webby shows these for sale in Poland of all places. So if you're desperate, that's where they are! For me, these aren't really worth the postage  :-\

Blackdanter, could you provide a link? I am not familiar with any online polish toy stores, and I'm not sure where I would begin looking..

Seijun,

Here are a couple. I have no idea whether they sell internationally but I guess at least we know they are out there. I have a Russian friend who has an apartment somewhere in Poland. I'll ask if he can sort something out for me. Bloody annoying isn't it?

What's the Saurian Safari Ring?  ???

DC

Hi,

Slightly off topic but since you ask,Lost World Safari, a resource for big game hunting in a fictional Victorian or 'Pulp'.  Saurian Safari is RPG for dinosaur hunting created by HLBS.  The ring does several other game systems Tusk, Survive O saurus but Saurian safari is the most popular.  The group is mostly UK - EU based.

Nice range of posts about figures, custom work, Dioramas and game systems for Prehistorics.  I learn alot there I would not otherwise know. Check out the graphics posts, I recommend Jackman but all are interesting.

I've now exhausted supplies of these figures here. Since I now have all of the figures available in the blind bags I will not be hunting down anymore of these. My remaining duplicates are now on Ebay and include some of the nicer figures such as Sauralophus, Plateosaurus, Mosasaurus etc.
