I've got a parcel of four Banjos on the way, three are still available. So for those of you who can't order from the AAOD site, I'm more than happy to help out. Just PM me if interested.
In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

I was just thinking that without Minzoo promoting the line, it's gonna be hit and miss trying to figure out when the next model will be due out. I guess we're gonna have to periodically check the AAOD website for the Diamantinosaurus.

This is from Minizoo's latest newsletter

Sneek Peek
Something wild and uniquely Australian is on the way.. we're very excited to announce, in conjunction with Australian Age of Dinosaurs, the upcoming release of a super high quality, specialist range of Australian Dinosaur figures. The first model in the series is Australovenator Wintonesis - nicknamed "Banjo", the most complete carnivorous Australian dinosaur ever found and the first detailed model of the species ever created. We're thrilled to be able to share an unpainted prototype today...

Email Minizoo to express interest in this range. This first figure is due around July. I'm super excited for these!

Oh man,I need this guys in my collection!!

I received Banjo from Triceratops83 and I highly recommend this guy, really pretty figure of this theropod. Id say its up there with the Favorite line in quality!

Megalosaurus

Does anyone repainted Banjo's eyes yet?
I'd like to see a picture of it.
Sobreviviendo a la extinción!!!

A few days ago I emailed AAoD and asked several questions; whether minizoo would be stocking them, order of release, scale etc. Unfortunately not all my questions were answered but they were kind enough to let me know the following...

We are in the process of drafting a project schedule for the next three dinosaurs Diamantinasaurus, Muttuburrasaurus and Minmi to be released together. The scale of the dinosaurs and physical details aren't available for release just yet – but the fine detail will be on par with the Australovenator model. We have many more Australian dinosaurs planned – but we are still very much in the early days of design and production. Sorry I can't give too much away, but there will be some very exciting releases in the near- future.

Thank you for sharing this welcome news.

Including pictures :)) ^-^

...well, probably you should post here all the news about AAOD... 2 threads with the same discussion are not so useful and this thread started in 2015..  ???

I agree with RobinGoodfellows.  It would probably be good to merge the other thread about AAOD with this one.

Fluffysaurus

Okay lets merge them, i cant merge. Lol! I decided to do another topic because they arent sold by minizoo anymore. I have emailed them countless times. And when i finally did it. I was very happy and did another topic because this wasnt relevant anymore. Thats why i created another topic.

Even if they aren't sold by minizoo, this thread still had all the information and discussions since the announcement of the line, so I agree that all information should be posted here

Good to see an overseas address, for Australia at least, for the AAoD line. Hopefully this will help forum members who otherwise wouldn´t have been able to acquire this beauty, since it comes highly recommended.
